buying from this site means you agree to what is on this page.

you must be 18 or older. we ship to united states addresses only, in usd. one shirt per order. the printed price cannot exceed $250.00, and cannot go below the floor shown for the size you picked.

you choose the number. we print that number. it is shown in the preview, and at checkout you confirm it in these words: "I understand this shirt will be printed with $[your amount] and cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified. I am 18 or older." the same number is on your confirmation page.

each shirt is custom made to order after payment. it is not returnable or exchangeable. cancellation, replacement, and refunds are covered in refunds, and that page is part of these terms.

shipping dates on this site are estimates. nothing here is a guaranteed delivery date.

the shirt is sold as is. we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. what we do fix is listed in refunds.

our total liability to you for any order, on any theory, is capped at the amount you paid for that order. we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, to the extent applicable law allows this limit.

we may cancel and refund an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a request we cannot lawfully fill.

if you dispute a charge, we respond with what we hold: the price you confirmed, the checkout consent and the time and ip it was given, the rendered print file, and the fulfilment and tracking records.

illinois law governs. venue and jurisdiction are in illinois.
