refunds

every shirt is custom made to order with a number the customer chose. it is not returnable and not exchangeable. that covers changing your mind and picking the wrong size. the size chart is the measurements to buy from.

orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of payment, before the file reaches the printer. email hi@ipaidforthisshirt.com with the order id from your confirmation.

we replace or refund, at our option, an order that arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or is not the item ordered. email within 30 days of delivery with the order id and a photo.

an order that never arrives is replaced or refunded. email once tracking has shown no movement for 10 days.

a refund goes back to the card that paid.
